Certification Renewal
Certification renewal requires payment of a $50 fee and demonstration of continued professionalism within the customer advocacy discipline. When purchasing a renewal, you will be asked to upload of the following:
A professional resume that validates your ongoing experience in a paid role as an Advocacy Professional that can be validated by a professional reference;
A completion certificate or purchase receipt that validates your participation in an advocacy-related course from an ICCAP-Approved Educator (exemptions by request);
A purchase receipt that validates your attendance at an advocacy-related conference. All events will be reviewed for their relevance to customer advocacy before being approved as sufficient evidence for renewal.
